To get to the point of this entry. More so than ever I feel like I need my family, friends, and network of support. I think God has put this challenge in front of me to help me become more dependent on Him as well as others (I am really bad about asking for help). As part of my support, here are some things I need:
- Prayer. The most important thing. Prayer for a smooth pregnancy, healthy babies, and a smooth transition for our family. And anything else that comes to mind :)
- People who build my faith. I need someone to hold me accountable when I become a worry wart. I need someone to snap me out of my concerns and remind me to have faith that the Lord will provide us everything we need and more. If you have something negative, concerning, worrisome, a bad pregnancy/labor/twin experience, or anything that is not going to encourage me or help bring peace, PLEASE just keep the thought to youself. Trust me when I say that if you're thinking it, I've probably thought about it 100x. I don't need others filling my spirit with more worry and concern. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh or mean, but I say this to protect myself, my family, and my two unborn children from addition stress.
- Just be there. You don't even have to say anything. Just a hug, and email to say hi, or just make me laugh (just beware I may pee if I laugh too hard).
- Love on Payton. Lord knows that poor girl has not had the best mama lately. I've been tired and the TV has become her BFF. That girl has some changes coming her way, so extra love for her is always welcome.
